Dimitar helps with management of financial and non-financial performance and is responsible of controlling company finances with the utmost goal of maximising shareholder value.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Dimitar graduated with a BA in Finance and qualified as an Accountant with ACCA, while also previously working for a Private Equity owned hospitality group called The Big Table and later joined Black Sheep Coffee, where he helped to deliver operational efficiencies, managing stakeholder relationships, and provided key insights for future strategic growth opportunities.
