Access Partnership Welcomes Dileep Srihari

January 5th, Washington, DC. Access Partnership, the leading global public policy firm for the tech sector, today announced that it has appointed Mr. Dileep Srihari as Senior Policy Counsel in its US team. He will be based in Washington, DC.

Mr. Srihari will be responsible for driving our telecoms and engineering expertise in the United States and globally. Srihari will advise clients with a focus on information and communications technology (ICT) supply chains, spectrum and broadband deployment, cybersecurity, 5G spectrum and regulatory reform.

“Our global tech policy work requires deep expertise and relationships in the most consequential capitols around the world,” said Michael Clauser, Head of Washington DC office at Access Partnership, “which led us to Dileep Srihari. He is truly an expert in telecommunication and connectivity policy and advocacy. He will make a significant contribution to our engagement with policy makers to deliver Fair Tech solutions for all.”

Srihari comes to Access Partnership from the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), where as Vice President & Senior Policy Counsel he represented ICT companies through policy development and advocacy before Congress, the Executive Branch, and federal agencies including the FCC. Prior to CompTIA, Dileep spent eight years at the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), and was earlier an attorney at WilmerHale. He also previously worked on Capitol Hill for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY). He holds a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and a JD from Georgetown Law.
