Annet is a telecommunications engineer by profession who believes in using engineering to make a positive impact in society. She has worked with a range of different organisations, such as Kenyan Government, United Nations, and ITU, among others, as a spectrum and a radio engineer.

Annet has valuable experience in technical and regulatory spectrum planning at national and international levels. She possesses a broad knowledge of technological innovations and regulations in military and civilian telecommunications. Annet is a strategic-minded professional with a strong background in developing innovative solutions enabling clients to reach their spectrum and technology goals. She also volunteers for USIKIMYE foundation, which is an organisation supporting survivors of domestic and sexual-based violence in East Africa. In addition to this, she mentors young girls in STEM.

Annet has a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering from Kenya, and an MSc in Electronic engineering from Cranfield University.
