Colleen is a consultant for the Data Governance team. She monitors and analyses digital regulatory and policy developments in the APAC and MENA regions with a focus on cloud, AI, data and cybersecurity. She also advises on satellite market access for private companies and space policy development for government entities.

Colleen previously worked as an adviser for Contentos Foundation and navigated blockchain policies to provide compliance and political risk analysis. She also worked for Deloitte on Fintech regulatory analysis and IPO.

She holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and two BAs in Diplomacy and Economics from National Chengchi University.

Colleen is from Taiwan and is based in our London office. She speaks English and Chinese.
