Daniel works as a Policy Analyst in the Space and Policy team.

Prior to Access Partnership, he gained experience in policy and regulatory analysis at EndCode, a South African technology law consultancy where he worked for over four years. Daniel has consulted on developments in privacy and data protection in Africa, regulatory considerations for advancements in health-tech, artificial intelligence, and pandemic response measures. He has also participated in multiple panel discussions on a wide range of topics including ethics in artificial intelligence, privacy developments in Africa, and health-tech developments in Rwanda.

In addition to the above, Daniel served as the Legal Risk mentor for two years at the MEST Express Accelerator program based in Ghana where he advised African startups on assessing and mitigating the legal risk facing their enterprises.
