As an analyst, Didac Fabregas monitors the policy landscape for our clients to identify challenges and opportunities. Didac specialises in digital policy within the European regulatory framework, with a specific focus on EU privacy. This includes the General Data Protection Regulation, the ePrivacy Regulation and the Digital Single Act. He also works on topics such as Platform Internet and Open Access policies.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Didac worked as an expert in digital technologies, digitalisation of politics and digital economies at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre and the School of Government at the University of Oxford. He also worked in policy and advocacy for a third sector organisation based in Brussels. Didac holds a MSC in Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, an MA in Political Analysis from the Carlos III University in Madrid and a BA in Politics and Public Administration from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
