With over two decades of compliance advisory experience working for top tier multinational organisations in the financial services, investment banking, technology, media, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries, Geeta has expertise in developing and implementing compliance, ethics, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks. This includes advising on compliance controls, policy development, corporate governance and ethics, organisational conduct, managing regulatory change, relationships, and requirements.

Geeta is the founder of Teal Blu, a Singapore based regulatory compliance consultancy firm. Her most recent role before joining Teal Blu was Chief Compliance Officer for Asia Pacific at Bloomberg L.P. Prior to that, she was Compliance Director for the Asia Pacific Markets business at J.P. Morgan.
