Grace is a HR Business Partner for the People Experience Team. She supports the APAC region to drive the Corporate HR agenda in building our brand, increasing employee engagement, and supporting leadership development. Prior to joining Access Partnership, Grace garnered over 10 years of experience across tech, energy, safety science, and banking industries, bringing across her knowledge in developing an employee-centric talent management environment.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the National University of Singapore and a Masters’ degree in International Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, UK. Her personal passions include bouldering and travelling, and she is a fur parent to 3 cats.
