Hashem has previously worked for government bodies such as the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and intergovernmental agencies such as the Agadir Technical Unit of the Agadir Agreement, part of the wider Euro-Mediterranean Partnership.

Meet Hashem

Hashem is a Policy Analyst within our Space and Spectrum Policy practice. Hashem has previously worked for government bodies such as the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and intergovernmental agencies such as the Agadir Technical Unit of the Agadir Agreement, part of the wider Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. He has also worked in the private sector in Political Risk, and lastly was a policy advisor for a defence drone manufacturer in Greece, prior to joining Access Partnership.

Hashem is a graduate of the OSCE-UNODA training scholarship on Arms Control and Disarmament and holds a bachelors in Political Science from the University of Jordan and a joint Master’s in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and the United Nations University – MERIT in the Netherlands. His specialisation is in regionalism, governance, and security.
