Luminita has extensive experience working on international development policy issues with governments and multilateral organisations. Prior to joining Access Partnership, Luminita worked for UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office providing policy advice on digital and emerging technology, focusing primarily on East and Southern Africa and the Middle East. Luminita also has experience working for a think tank on policy issues focussed on the international development architecture.
Luminita holds an MA in International Development from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Statistics, Economics and Computer Science from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
