Pablo monitors the policy and regulatory landscape in the Middle East, Africa & Latin America.

Before joining Access Partnership, Pablo worked for six years in Buenos Aires City Legislature and the Argentine National Presidency, where he coordinated Argentina 2030, the Presidency’s initiative for long-term public policy centred on technological change. Pablo holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Torcuato di Tella University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford. He works in English and Spanish.
