Samuel Perks serves as an Analyst at Access Partnership, having performed the same role at TRPC. He works on several digital economy-focused research projects, assessing market and policy dynamics.
Previously, at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Sam founded a project researching global cities, the environmental humanities and world literature. He earnt his PhD at the University of Leeds and completed a Masters (Distinction) and Bachelors (1st Hons) at the University of York. His recreational research interests include precarity, global cities, and cultural studies.
