Tamer provides advice on policy and regulation to clients from Access Partnership’s Abu Dhabi office, managing their services in the Middle East and aiding access to markets globally.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Tamer worked for ten years at one of first telecommunications regulatory authorities in the Middle East as the head of spectrum planning and strategies, where he established technical and regulatory measures to regulate the use of the spectrum for public and private sectors. He specialised in spectrum planning, allocation and assignment for fixed, mobile, broadcasting, satellite, aeronautical and maritime services.
He actively participates in regional and international radiocommunications conferences and meetings. Tamer holds BSc degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Jordan.
