Thamilla is an expert in data privacy and protection with an extended knowledge of technology, business, society and law.
Thamilla Talarico, CIPP/E, Attorney, is a Partner and Head of Technology, Privacy and Data Protection at Daniel Law. She is the coordinator of ABPI´s Software, Technology and Data Protection Study Committee and of OAB / RJ´s Personal Data Protection Commission and IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter Chair in Rio de Janeiro. In addition to this, Thamilla is a columnist at Future of Money by Exame. She is an author, and researcher of the connections between law, technology, business and society and teaches in institutions such as FGV-Rio and ESA.
Thamilla holds a Master’s in Philosophy of Language from PUC-Rio, and a specialisation in Innovation and Business Applications for Blockchain from MIT. Thamilla also holds a degree in Digital Law from INSPER and in Programming Smart Contracts in Blockchain for Law from PUC-Rio.
