Rachel Perkins is a Consultant at Access Partnership, working within the Health & Life Sciences unit in Washington, DC.
Before joining Access Partnership, Rachel held roles in both the private and public sectors. Most recently, she served as an Analyst at The Dedham Group, a life sciences consulting firm specializing in market access for oncology and specialty therapeutics. She previously served as a Program Analyst within the United States Agency for International Development’s Bureau for Global Health and was part of the Policy Design Team within the Office of the COVAX Facility, hosted by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance.
Rachel holds a master’s degree in Global Health from Georgetown University, with concentrations in global health governance and health financing, and a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Furman University. Her academic background and experience have shaped her expertise in global health security, immunization programming, multilateral engagements, and market access strategy.
