Access Partnership Senior Advisor for Latin America Fernando Borjon will be taking part on the table 3, the Specialized Services of the Net Neutrality event organized by the Mexican Regulator, the IFT.
This event is done during the process of public consultation on Net Neutrality that will result in issuing new mandatory rules by the IFT, an issue that will be addressed during our discussions is Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
