Erika Barros is Director of Policy at Vimeo. In this role, Erika helps put in place the policies that inform the work that the Trust & Safety team does to keep Vimeo and its community safe and free of illegal and harmful content. Before joining Vimeo, Erika was Head of Multilateral Organisations practice at Access Partnership and Policy and Compliance Manager at EY. Erika is New York qualified lawyer and graduate of Harvard Law School.
