Digitalisation is transforming all aspects of our society. Citizens and businesses of all sizes rely on information technology to access and provide services. Are legal systems keeping up with these changes?

Access Partnership and Strathmore Law University are pleased to host a workshop on digital transformation of courts systems in Nairobi, Kenya. Join judges, public officials, IT and policy experts for roundtable discussions and guided exercises on digital transformation of courts systems. Learn from your peers and share your experiences on potential solutions to reduce administrative costs, improve services, and create a more responsive and engaging justice system for citizens.

In addition to sharing their best practices, participants will discuss their current perceptions, regulatory blockers, and other obstacles in the way of digital transformation of courts systems.
