Access Partnership’s Public Policy Manager Hussein Abul Enein contributed to the Global Commission on Stability in Cyberspace (GCSC) report titled “Advancing Cyberstability”.

Cyberstability paper

The report represents the culmination of the GCSC’s work, offering a cyberstability framework, principles, norms of behavior, and recommendations for the international community and wider cybersecurity ecosystem. Emphasising a concerted, multistakeholder approach, the proposed framework reflects technological, product and operational measures, as well as a focus on behavioral change required among all stakeholders.
