The Asia and Pacific region is home to dynamic start-up ecosystems, with new enterprises that produce digital solutions for domestic, regional, and global markets serving a wide variety of businesses, public institutions, civil society, and consumers directly.
The success stories of technology start-ups are attracting investments and bringing cutting-edge technology to emerging markets, be it stories of adoption where digital solutions are contextualized to local needs, or as innovations that are entirely different, or even as “deep tech” solutions, which leverage the latest and greatest insights from research and science.
