This migration is largely driven by the boom in cloud services and consumer demand for quality of service and quality of experience. However, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, international trade tensions and national security concerns, there is an evident tide of emerging regulatory policy impacting the business models of different communications service providers.
