Hilary is Director of Client Services, EU, in our Brussels office, where she provides strategic, tactical, political, and governmental advice on matters concerning EU policy. Hilary helps companies navigate the regulatory and policy environment in order to expand their business and achieve their goals. She is passionate about helping companies engage in the EU policy debate in order to shape future legislation for responsible and innovative technology.
Hilary joined Access Partnership after 17 years at an EU government relations consultancy, working for various Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and governing bodies. Previously, she worked for a Member of the European Parliament covering issues in the Constitutional Affairs Committee in Brussels, and also served in Westminster, UK, for both a Labour and Conservative Member of Parliament.
With a law degree from the University of Durham in the UK, Hilary brings a lawyer’s intellect and analytical mind to client work. The Erasmus exchange she completed in European Legal Studies at the Katholic University of Leuven in Belgium expanded her perspective and inspired her work in European public affairs.
