Liyana is based in Singapore and brings over a decade of experience in government affairs, trade policy, and sustainability advocacy across the region.
Liyana joins Access Partnership with over a decade of experience in government affairs, trade policy, and sustainability advocacy across Southeast Asia and Europe.
Before joining the firm, she served as Senior Advocacy Director at the EU-ASEAN Business Council, where she led high-level engagement with ASEAN and EU policymakers on issues spanning the digital economy, sustainability, and trade integration. Liyana brings a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes, stakeholder relations, and advocacy strategy in emerging markets.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and began her career as a broadcast journalist before transitioning into policy and public affairs. Based in Singapore, Liyana will focus on expanding Access Partnership’s government engagement and policy advisory work in the country and across ASEAN, supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory environments and advancing sustainable, inclusive growth in the region.
