Michael is an analyst based in the Jakarta office. His work spans policy monitoring, stakeholder mapping, and narrative development.


Michael Chandra is an Analyst at Access Partnership, supporting public policy and regulatory advisory work in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience in public affairs and policy advisory works across sectors including ICT, public health, and trade-related regulatory issues. His work has involved policy monitoring, stakeholder mapping, narrative development, alongside research and analysis.
During his undergraduate years, Michael was actively involved in development and cultural initiatives, including teaching programmes and international event management. He received the 4th ASEAN PR Excellence Award (Bronze) for his junior year community development project focused on eco-enzyme education and sustainability practices socialisation. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from LSPR Institute Jakarta, where he pursued a Public Relations concentration track.
