Nazween is a consultant for Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, based in the Malaysia office. She primarily works with clients in technology, sustainability, mobility, and various other verticals. Her expertise lies in government relations, policy building, innovation, and business sustainability, while also maintaining strong relationships among government officials and private institutions.
Prior to joining AP, she accumulated extensive experience in regional market development and cross-border strategy execution in Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). She leads strategic initiatives focused on driving sustainable growth and digital transformation across a portfolio of approximately 200 companies. She works closely with government agencies, private enterprises, and international stakeholders to facilitate market entry, regulatory navigation, and partnership structuring. Her experience spans strategic advisory, ecosystem building, and facilitating collaborations that enable companies to scale sustainably within Southeast Asia.
She holds an academic degree in Chemical Engineering (Hons). However, after graduating, she found a passion in technology and transitioned towards technology development, digital transformation, and stakeholder relationships. She also took part in the Young CEO Development Programme under Axiata to boost her interest in youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Her specific interests lie in public-private collaboration models, innovation policy, and enabling technology adoption to enhance national and regional competitiveness.
