Royston has a strong background in policy research and analysis, bringing prior experience as a consultant in a corporate affairs consultancy focused on emerging markets in Asia Pacific, where he delivered insights for multinational clients across sectors including fintech and cloud computing. He has also had multiple stints in the Singapore government working on a broad range of policy issues.

Royston holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, with a minor in Geographical Information Systems.
