Li Xing is a Policy Manager of the Global Governance Advisory team. She has worked on various multistakeholder USAID- and ASEAN-focused engagements such as the USAID research project developing an ASEAN Responsible AI Roadmap, the ASEAN-AU Digital Trade Standards Initiative, and the ASEAN Smart Cities Investment Toolkit. Her expertise encompasses AI, cross-border data flows, and digital trade.

Li Xing previously worked as a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore, where she managed the multilateral portfolio involving APEC, WIPO, IMF, and the World Bank.
