Mitchell advises CEOs, boards and large corporations on strategic engagement, reputation and public policy across complex and highly regulated markets. Operating at the intersection of government, industry and media, Mitchell helps organisations anticipate political risk, shape policy environments and secure durable licence to operate.

 

His experience spans transport and infrastructure, financial services, defence and technology, where he has led integrated public affairs programmes, supported major regulatory and commercial negotiations, and developed campaigns that align business priorities with government objectives. He has also advised smaller nations and emerging markets on market positioning, stakeholder strategy and engagement with UK and international policymakers.

 

A former advisor to Grant Shapps during his tenure in senior Cabinet roles and former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Mitchell brings deep connectivity across government, both Conservative and Labour Party’s, Parliament and the private sector. His ability to combine political insight with commercial judgement enables clients to navigate complexity, influence debate and deliver sustainable growth.
