Ankur comes with a strong background in regulatory strategy, spectrum engineering, and satellite communications.

Ankur’s expertise spans frequency coordination, ITU filings, coexistence studies, and regulatory analyses across both GSO and NGSO satellite environments.
He has extensive experience in performing radio compatibility studies, frequency coordination, and technical analyses in support of planned and operational networks. His work includes detailed simulation, interference, and compatibility assessments, as well as engaging in technical negotiations and spectrum coordination activities with external and international stakeholders.
Ankur holds a PhD from the Technical University of Berlin, where his research focused on ionospheric irregularities using space-based data to better understand attenuation effects on satellite communication and navigation signals. His academic and professional experience provides a strong foundation in both satellite engineering and spectrum management.
