Ryan is an Analyst in the Economics Strategy Practice, based in Singapore.
He has an interest in the real-world application of economics and public policy. He recently completed an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), having earlier graduated with a BSc in Economics from Singapore Management University (SMU). Prior to joining Access Partnership, he worked at Singapore’s Ministry of Finance, where he was involved in expenditure and manpower policy analysis.
