Oliver is a Manager in the Connectivity team with a background in spectrum management and frequency planning. He has experience across multiple spectrum users, having worked with national regulatory authorities, network operators, and industry bodies in multiple regions. He currently supports a number of technical and regulatory projects for a range of clients including national regulatory authorities and network operators.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Oliver worked for a spectrum management consultancy where he was responsible for supporting and delivering various technical, policy, and licensing projects for a number of clients including national regulatory authorities and network operators. Prior to this he also worked for a broadcast network operator, and was responsible for developing frequency plans and supporting international co-ordination.

Oliver holds an MPhys BSc in Physics from the University of Leeds, and a postgraduate diploma in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick.
