Carolina is an electronic engineer who has spent more than a decade working in the public sector. She brings significant experience in telecommunications, having previously worked with the Colombian National Spectrum Agency as Spectrum Engineering Group Manager, where she led her team to accomplish organisational and company goals such as coordinating the technical process to achieve the spectrum requirements from the telecommunications operators for any radiocommunication service. During this role, Carolina was designated as Colombian delegate, and was responsible for following agenda items related to satellite services at both WRC-15 and WRC-19.

On a personal level, she loves sunsets, videogames, comics, and horror movies.
