Christy is an Analyst in the Data Governance team. She is also the Head of Secretariat at the Asia Cloud Computing Association (ACCA), where she helps members navigate data governance and cloud computing policy issues in APAC. At Access Partnership, she provides advice and research support to clients on AI, data privacy, data protection and cloud computing-related issues.
Before joining Access Partnership, Christy gained public policy experience working in the non-profit, government and private sectors. She held various research and project management roles at Oxfam, the UNDP, and the HKSAR Government. Additionally, Christy has worked as a researcher at Third Bridge, covering startups and enterprises in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector for consulting firms and institutional investors. This involved conducting due diligence research into semiconductors, EVs, SaaS, e-commerce etc. in Southeast Asia and East Asia.
Christy holds a BA in Social Anthropology from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. She is also a fellow under the Internet Society’s Early Career Fellowship Programme and holds the CIPP/A certification.
Christy is from Hong Kong and is based in the Singapore office. She speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
