Öykü is an Analyst in Access Partnership’s Global Government Advisory team. She specialises in EU and UK policymaking, particularly digital policies for future connectivity and online spheres. Her keen interest in dynamic tech regulation drives her active engagement in next-gen technology discussions.
With a background in journalism and public relations, Öykü holds an MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics, achieved through a European Commission scholarship. She earned a BSc in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University, including an exchange at the Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands.
