Eric is a Director at Access Partnership. He designs, builds, and leads multistakeholder alliances and public-private partnerships focused on health and life sciences. He also advocates for evidence-informed improvements to health policy, planning and financing with a focus on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Eric advises senior leaders across government, industry, academia, and civil society – from Deputy Prime Ministers to CEOs – on how to work better together to create an enabling environment for access and innovation.

Eric has worked in more than 20 countries across Asia Pacific, Latin America, Africa, and Europe, and has collaborated with companies in the health, life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology sectors; national government entities like health ministries, regulatory authorities, and health technology assessment bodies; multilateral organisations like WHO, G20, APEC, ASEAN, Andean Community, and African Union; and other non-governmental organisations from patient advocacy groups to academic institutions. Eric has a decade of experience working across functions like policy, public affairs, government relations, market access, regulatory, corporate strategy, and marketing; and across therapeutic areas including rare disease, oncology, hematology, immunology, metabolic, and infectious disease.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Eric served as associate director at C&M International, a global government affairs and public policy firm. He received a BS in biology and English and a Certificate in Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Certificate in WTO and U.S. Trade Law and Policy from the American University Washington College of Law, and a Certificate in Pharmaceutical Policy from Utrecht University. He is currently studying for an Executive MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Management at the London School of Economics.
