Cathy is a Manager in the Economics Strategy team with expertise in econometrics, economics, and public policy. Prior to joining Access Partnership, she led research projects on climate risks and sustainability in agriculture at a consultancy. She later worked as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore, where she focused on public health research. Her research also spans the fields of public policy, labour markets, and economics of education.

Cathy holds a PhD and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master’s degree in Finance from Purdue University. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
