Jessica J. Lee is Vice President of the Geopolitical Advisory and Policy Advocacy practice at Access Partnership. She brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic and executive communications, crisis management, government engagement, and investor communications.
A mission-driven, strategic leader, she has developed global narratives, messaging materials, and advocacy campaigns for government think tanks, family offices, and foundations. She has also secured visibility for clients in global platforms such as the UN General Assembly, World Economic Forum, APEC CEO Conference, and G20.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Jessica was Managing Director of APCO Worldwide Southeast Asia and Korea where she led more than forty policy professionals and set the strategic direction for its growing healthcare, technology, and sustainability practices. She has also served as Vice President, Regional Head of Health for WE Communications launching global campaigns for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Jessica holds a Master’s degree in East Asian Policy (RSEA) from Harvard University. She has also collaborated with the World Bank Global Learning Development Hub in partnership with the Korea Development Institute to develop educational materials for civil servants from developing nations.
