Vandreas is the UK Office Manager at Access Partnership and supports the Executive Team and HR department. He has spent nearly a decade within the business administration and support sector, moving to talent and HR in the latter half of those years. He has extensive experience supporting businesses from start-ups to SMEs, working to change people and the world through technology.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Vandreas worked in the people team at a global property management firm. He has a vast knowledge of office management best practices and a varied portfolio of experience. He has a passion for building a fun and passionate working environment, and building diverse and talented teams.
Having studied at University of Northampton, Vandreas holds a bachelor’s degree in Classical Acting from the School of Arts and prior to that also studied Film, Media and English Languages and Literature. His academic background has helped him to develop in his field, driving his broad understanding of his colleagues and his creative flair.
Vandreas holds various HR and Talent training certifications, including Employment Law, H&S and D&I. He is also a trained First Aider and Mental Health First Aider.
