Previously, Jenny has worked for the Telecoms Research Project based at the University of Hong Kong and as a research associate for TRPC, during which she was responsible for the planning and execution of various market and policy research projects, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, as well as organising the Telecoms InfoTechnology Forums.

Jenny also worked for the Hong Kong Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry responsible for policy research in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. Jenny received her doctorate from the University of Hong Kong where she also holds a Bachelor degree in Social Science with a major in Economics.
