Juliana supports regulatory bodies in modernising their regulatory frameworks, licensing procedures, and spectrum policies.
A trained lawyer with almost a decade of experience in the public sector, Juliana previously worked as an Adviser to Colombia’s Deputy Minister of Connectivity and the Deputy General Director of the Department for Social Prosperity. Prior to these positions, she worked as a Preventive Procedures Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme.
Juliana holds a Master of Laws with an emphasis on Economic Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Caldas. She works in English and Spanish.
