Josua is an Engineering Manager in the Space & Policy team. His expertise in spectrum compatibility analysis, satellite frequency coordination, and technical regulation helps clients ensure regulatory compliance. He has significant experience modelling and simulating wireless networks and software engineering, having participated in projects involving WLAN, cellular, and satellite technologies.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Josua worked for Ektrum and developed a satellite communication link simulator along with coverage performance studies for 3G and 4G networks. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and an MSc and a Ph.D. in wireless communication systems from the University of Brasilia (UnB), specialising in Through-The-Earth communication. He has also been a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) since 2008. Josua is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English and proficient in French and Italian.
