Halimah is an Analyst at Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company and is based in our Jakarta office. She specialises in policy and regulatory analysis and actively engages stakeholders in the digital technology, tourism, and payments sectors.
Before joining Asia Group Advisors, she served as a Senior Communications Consultant at Dialogue Communications, where she assisted clients in the FMCG, banking, and media industries with developing strategic communications, managing crises, and overseeing event management.
She began her career as a Junior Researcher at the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies, where she played a crucial role in fostering relationships and supporting advocacy efforts across the government, private sector, and industry associations. Additionally, she authored a policy brief on cybersecurity and a paper on financial literacy.
Halimah holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
