Wayne is an expert in policy strategy, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement, experienced across the technology and sustainability sectors.


Wayne is a Senior Associate of Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and is based in our Singapore office. He has 6 years of public policy experience advising academia, trade associations and non-profits on policy strategy, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement, spanning across tech and sustainability sectors.
Prior to joining AGA, Wayne worked at SGTech, Singapore’s premier tech trade association with over 1400+ clients spread across 8 different chapters. He was responsible for monitoring policy movements, interpreting market trends, and developing policy research and campaign strategies for C-suite clients.
Wayne began his career in INSEAD’s organisational behaviour department, leading a Stanford University project team to survey Singapore’s non-profit sector during pre-COVID and COVID-19. He has published a paper entitled, “Innovative Deviance in a Rule-Bound City-State”, that outlines key digitalisation drivers that have supported non-profits in refinancing their businesses.
Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of London. He was a participant in the Harvard Model United Nations debate team and a co-founder of a sustainability movement.
