- Hybrid Networks in Shetland and Northern Ireland: One project will focus on a Site of Special Scientific Interest on Papa Stour Island in Shetland, while another will target Rathlin Island in Northern Ireland. Both areas currently lack access to traditional broadband networks.
These initiatives are designed to enhance digital infrastructure, improving connectivity for local businesses and remote populations, while stimulating economic growth.
