Access Partnership Welcomes Michael D Gallagher as a Senior Advisor for Global Interactive Entertainment

WASHINGTON, Sept. 29, 2021. Access Partnership, the leading global public policy firm for the tech sector, today announced its appointment of Michael Gallagher as Senior Advisor for global interactive entertainment. In this advisory role, Gallagher will provide strategic advice to the world’s most innovative brands across the technology and video entertainment sectors.

Michael Gallagher, the CEO of Intrepidity, comes to Access Partnership with over 25 years of experience as a recognized tech policy leader who has played a key role in developing innovative strategies along with overcoming high impact challenges across industry and government. In this advisory role, Gallagher and Intrepidity, will provide strategic advice to the world’s most innovative brands across the technology and gaming sectors. Prior to founding Intrepidity, LLC, his consulting firm advising interactive technology start-ups, Michael spent 12 years as President and CEO of the Entertainment Software Association, the world’s leading trade association representing the video game industry. Prior to his serving as CEO of ESA, Gallagher held a range of roles within the US Department of Commerce culminating as the Assistant Secretary for Communications & Information where he led the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). He has also held leadership roles at Perkins Coie LLP, Verizon Wireless, and the US Congress.
