Anja Engen Announced as High-Level Track Facilitator at WSIS Forum 2023

Access Partnership Senior Analyst Anja Engen has been announced as a High-Level Track Facilitator (HLTF) at the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Forum 2023 next month.

Hosted at the ITU’s headquarters in Geneva with enhanced remote participation, the WSIS Forum provides a multi-stakeholder to discuss the role ICTs can play in meeting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The event will gather senior officials from across the WSIS community, including the public and private sectors, academia, and international organisations, to participate in interactive policy sessions.

HLTFs are nominated by each stakeholder type based on the key themes identified by WSIS stakeholders in an open consultation. Facilitators are responsible for identifying the emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges outlined by their sessions’ participants, capturing the vision of each discussion.

The WSIS Forum 2023 High-Level Track will take place on 14-15 March. More information about the event can be found here.
