“I see a lot of opportunity for AI in HR, from managing low-level tasks to enhancing onboarding and recruitment processes. However, HR deals with people, not products, and so we need to be very careful about how we use it. As much as we want the ideal scenario where decisions are data-driven and process automated, does this mean that the decision is necessarily the best one? Do we risk losing the creative element?”
