Access Partnership’s Michael Clauser was quoted by Investor’s Business Daily about the potential impact of the US election result on US-China relations.
“If Biden wins, expect Democrats to try to ‘reset’ relations with China in order to extract cooperation on climate change,” he said in a press release. “A Biden presidency might also lift various tariffs and other trade restrictions imposed by the Trump administration against China, while leaving the legal instruments in place to provide him ‘snap back’ flexibility.”
