Managing Director Lim May-Ann on Talking Point – Apr 23, 2014

Managing Director Lim May-Ann made an appearance on Channel News Asia’s Talking Point taking on IDA, MDA, Techgoondu and Rajah&Tann in arguing telco and cable fees and consumer rights:

“From 4G pricing to World Cup subscription fees and service breaks, customers continue to face uncertainty over telco, Internet and Pay-TV services. Do you know what you’ve actually signed up for – in the fine print? Are you getting a fair deal? Can there be better protection for consumers?”
