Adam is CEO of Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and is based in our Washington DC office. Before Access Partnership, Adam worked at McKinsey & Company in Southeast Asia from 2001 to 2013 and was a correspondent and bureau chief for the Far Eastern Economic Review in Jakarta, Bangkok, Hanoi, and Hong Kong from 1987 to 1997​.

He is the author of A Nation in Waiting: Indonesia’s Search for Stability, a member of the US Council on Foreign Relations, and an adjunct Fellow at both the Atlantic Council in Washington, DC and the Rajaratnam School of International Studies in Singapore.

Adam holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA in International Business from Columbia University.
